STEPS FOR RECRUITERS

 

As you work to move up the career path it is very important to know how best work with your new team members. Below there are three different levels that correspond with your current position on the career path as a recruiter. Determine which level you are at and read more information about how to help your recruits find success!

 

  • Senior Consultant- 1-2 active team members - 4%

  • Star Team Builder (Red Jacket)3-4 active team members - 4%, 6%, or 8% + $100 Red Jacket rebate

  • Team Leader - 5-7 active team members - 9% or 13% + eligible for On-Target status

  • Elite Team Leader- 8 or more active team members - 9% or 13% first line + 5% second line + eligible for On-Target statu

  • On-Target Car Driver - 5 active team members and at least $5,000 in team production in 1 month

  • DIQ (Director-in-Qualification) - 10 active team members and a Star either the previous or current quarter

 

+ A recruiter can receive $50 bonus for each qualified recruit *special conditions apply

Senior Consultants
1-2 active team members - 4%

 

As a senior consultant you are newer to the recruiting process. Many of your first steps with your new recruit will be under the mentorship of your Director. We don't expect for you to know what all to say or how to guide her perfectly. All we ask is that you are willing to learn and to schedule times where you and your Director can work together to help your new recruit.

As a Red Jacket you have some experience with adding members to your team. Although I'm sure there are still questions you might have on how to mentor your new team members to success. This middle management position allows for you to start taking more of the responsibility with your new team members. There are some steps that your Director will still complete but only for the purpose of your learning how to do to them in the future

Directors in Qualification: DIQ

On-Target Car Driver - 5 active team members and at least $5,000 in team production in 1 month

DIQ (Director-in-Qualification) - 10 active team members and a Star either the previous or current quarter

 

As a DIQ you have become we versed on how to recruit and mentor women to find success with their businesses. It is now time for you to spread your wings and put into practice what you have learned while moving up the career path. Directors in Qualification will take almost all responsibility with their new team members. Your Director will now be there to answer your questions but you will be be doing all the work with your new consultants. As preparation for when you become a director it is very important for you know all the responsibilities that are included. This is why during the DIQ process you will take over many of the steps that your Director did prior.
